Jay Holmes is the owner & operator of the PBL. He is a ten year tenure Master Barber & educator at The Barber School. He believes that education extends beyond the classroom so created a group called 901ChopMob, as well as produced a barber battle and education expo called King of My Craft. He has worked with major product companies as a platform artist and educator. He specializes in all types of haircuts, shaves, scalp treatments, and folliculitus(razor bump) treatments.
CO-OWNER/HR
Charlotte is Co-Owner and the Lead Nail Tech of Presidential Barber Lounge. She is a mom and the wife of Jay. Charlotte loves fashion and has a passion for learning the new fun trends for manicures and pedicures. Her sense of humor and laid back personality, make the clients time at PBL more enjoyable, comfortable and full of fun. Her love for the business stems from the personal connections she has the opportunity to make each day by making sure that every client is receiving the presidential experience. In her personal time, Charlotte enjoys reading and spending time with family.
Bernard Marquez was born in Fort Worth, Texas but grew up in Memphis, TN. He was born with a heart condition so it was hard growing up and being in Memphis didn't make it any easier but he never let anything stop him. When his daughter was born it change his life. He taught himself to cut hair, graduated barber school, and became a very skilled barber. He specializes in all types of hair textures. God blessed him with the talent so he works hard so he can give his family a better future, be known as one the best barbers around the city, and go far in life.
